• We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, and product packaging at any time without prior notice.
• Prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable product costs, excluding shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

3. Order Acceptance & Payments

• Placing an order on alkhairdesighee.com constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for reasons including stock availability, incorrect pricing information, or unverified shipping details.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and authorized direct bank transfer payments across Pakistan.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may vary depending on courier services and your location in Pakistan.
• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details (Full Name, Address, Contact Number) during checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food items (pure desi ghee), we do not accept returns on opened jars for safety and hygiene reasons.
• If you receive a damaged jar or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photo evidence for a replacement or refund assessment.
• Order cancellations must be requested before the shipment has been dispatched.
